CO-FOUNDER & COMMERCIAL LEAD
Leads on: Driving forwards our commercial ambitions, securing partners and putting the operational building blocks in place for growth.
Before Decently: 18yrs in EdTech delivering SaaS based solutions to schools, MATs & local authorities. A master of all things sales, account management, operations, HR, IT & compliance.

James Chapman (JC)
CO-FOUNDER & PRODUCT LEAD
Leads on: Working with our clinical partners to shape and manage our product roadmap for Melo, whilst leading our Product team.
Before Decently: 8yrs in HealthTech building products and leading R&D projects with the NHS, charities & academia. Founding MD of an award winning digital health startup focussed on falls prevention & fellow of the NHS Digital Health Accelerator.

Charlie Dowd
PRODUCT DESIGNER
Leads on: All things UI and UX whilst focussing on how Melo looks, feels and delivers real tangible value to our users.
Before Decently: Held a variety of roles across UI/UX, Project Management and Human Centred Design. Most recently part of a Design team at an EdTech company working across a range of SaaS-based products.

PRODUCT DEVELOPER
Leads on: The technical build, implementation, testing, and deployment of Melo across front and back-end builds.
Before Decently: Held a variety of full stack developer roles whilst securing a BSc in Computer Software Engineering from Manchester Met University.

Ellie Boardman
CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER
Leads on: Ensuring our current clients are setup to succeed, growing and developing relationships with potential new clients and supporting with marketing efforts across the team.
Before Decently: Sector experience in digital health technology, with a variety of various roles spanning sales, customer success and administration. Previously worked as a Digital Health Assessor at ORCHA.

Tom Handy
RESEARCH & MARKETING ASSISTANT
Involved in: A range of tasks across user research, marketing and product support.
Alongside Decently: Final year Psychology undergrad at University of Manchester - including with a placement year at Salford Royal hospital.

Dr Stephen Mullin
CLINICAL SAFETY OFFICER
Involved in: Oversees the clinical risk assessment of our digital health products - holding formal accountability for DCB0129.
Alongside Decently: Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist in the NHS, together with providing private services via his own clinical practice.

Jono Jones
FRACTIONAL CTO
Involved in: Supporting the team around product strategy and tech roadmap - to ensure we are building our products in the right way for scale, regulation and security.
Alongside Decently: Fractional CTO with 20+yrs delivering high-impact digital platforms across health tech, media, public sector - including building a global SaaS health platform at ORCHA, and full rebuild of the BBC Sport website & app.

Involved in: Supporting our Board with strategy development, commercial & clinical validation of our product plans.
Alongside Decently: Experienced executive director in the not-for-profit sector, nursing and social care. A registered nurse professional with a Masters in Business and Management. Former Deputy CEO of Belong - a dementia specialist care organisation. Winston Churchill Memorial Fellow. MBE for services to Dementia care.
