About us

We’re an early-stage digital health company building Melo — a clinician-led platform used in hospitals and specialist care settings to support people with complex neuro and behavioural needs.

Melo sits at the intersection of healthcare practice, data, and technology. Melo is already live across NHS and independent providers, used daily by frontline teams, and growing steadily. That growth now needs more focus, consistency, and momentum in how we tell our story and how we generate new commercial opportunities.

We’re a small, hands-on team. We value clarity over noise, evidence over hype, and people who take ownership rather than wait for instruction.

We are an equal opportunities employer and value diversity at Decently.

We do not discriminate on the basis of religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status.

We are committed to building an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone can do their best work.

About the role

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to help us build momentum across both sales and marketing.

This is a genuinely blended role. You’ll work closely with the founders to shape how Melo is positioned, how we show up in the market, and how we turn interest into real commercial conversations. You’ll be involved in content, campaigns, lead generation, events, and pipeline — with the space to grow your responsibilities as the company scales.

If you’re looking for a role where your work is visible, valued, and directly tied to growth, this is it.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Sales & growth support

● Working with leadership and customer success team to help define and deliver Melo’s annual sales and marketing priorities.

● Supporting new business development through lead generation, outreach, and follow-up.

● Managing and maintaining a clear, up-to-date pipeline using HubSpot.

● Helping nurture relationships across NHS, independent healthcare, and partner organisations.

Marketing & communications

● Creating and managing content across Melo’s channels, including LinkedIn, newsletters, and website updates.

● Developing marketing collateral such as brochures, slide decks, case studies, and digital assets.

● Turning real-world use of Melo into clear, compelling stories that show impact.

● Helping refine messaging for different audiences: NHS, private healthcare, and community-based services.

Campaigns & events

● Supporting and coordinating events including webinars, conferences, exhibitions, and partner sessions.

● Helping plan and deliver marketing campaigns around product launches, partnerships, and milestones.

● Exploring and testing new digital and social channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) where appropriate.

Brand & consistency

● Contributing to the development of Melo’s brand voice and visual presence.

● Ensuring consistency across all external touchpoints.

● Spotting opportunities to sharpen how we present ourselves as the company grows.

Further details to be discussed as part of interview process.
